Ohh, how much fun is that?

    Love the aerial shots 🙂

A lot of fun, I think. At one point I heard, “I could stay here all day!” And they pretty much did. ~W

    Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn?!

I heard you were serving free vodka over here. Pass the Finlandia, please. A Music History student’s mother gives me Chopin vodka in a brown paper bag every Christmas. I love homeschooling moms!

You were missed!! How are things after the fall?

Huck and Tom, that’s a pretty good summation of the two of them. I’m doing OK–I spent that last few weeks involved with Day Camp, so my “rest” wasn’t much of a rest. But I’m recovering. 😀 ~W

Love it. I remember having forts in our front yard –there were humongous hedges that completely hid the yard from the street — we played in there all the time. Great memories.

I love forts, I can’t help myself. The boy was completely not capable of building one, for some reason. So, I went to town. I might go hang out in there tomorrow. You know, with a good book and bug spray. 😀 ~W

Oh…that totally beats building a fort with the kitchen chairs and a sheet! Well…unless it’s raining I suppose.

Yeah, I’ve built both kinds. What is it about tents and forts? We crave shelter, I think. Spaces of our own. 😀 ~W

Oh, man… we are in a serious Fort Phase over here, too.

You were indeed missed. Welcome back.

Thank you, it’s good to be back. I’m working up to words. ~W

Forts are fun! We used to like to make ours inside(to my mom’s distress) because there were no bugs!

Thats sounds like a workable plan to me! ~W

HE LOOKS OLDER. Make it stop.

Mary’s right- your baby is growing up. Pretty soon he’ll smell like a teenager. He still looks more beautiful than handsome, though. Where did you find the Norman Rockwell kid? The two of them work well together in this dreamy fort.

I don’t know what teenage smells like, but if his bedroom is any indication I’d say it smells like something died. ~W

No one really leaves comments any more. But if you did, you'd be my favorite. At least until someone else came along. I'm fickle like that.
