This is my new water regimen. I know, I know, plastic bottles. It’s a sensory thing, I really only like water out of plastic  bottles. So to reduce waste, I’m refilling these bottles every night and lining them up on the counter for the next day. Not a perfect solution, but it’s better than not drinking enough or blowing through 50+ water bottles a week.
The only down side, I think I’m going to be peeing. A lot.
99 bottles of watter on the wall, 99 bottles of water, guzzle one down, don’t pee your gown, 98 bottles of watter…
It’s so hard to drink 100 oz a day. I didn’t realize just how hard until I started this process.
Cool visual–I hate water and have to have some kind of flavor in it to get it down, unless I’m super thirsty. And as a teacher, I spend most of my time on the verge of dehydration, since I can’t just leave to go to the bathroom whenever I want. 🙁
I’ve heard that from other teacher friends and it makes me sad.
I agree with you about “needing” the plastic bottle to drink water. I cope with it the same way you do…refill with tap water. I trick myself every time!
Yeah, it’s not the water taste as much as the sensation of drinking from a plastic bottle. I’m pretty picky, every beverage has its specific glass/cup—drives IZ a bit nutty. Yay for Pur filters.
You’ll only pee a lot for the first week or so and then the body will adjust. The water drinking will become habit.
You might try sewing a little holster for the bottle so you’re always “packing.” 🙂
ooh, let’s hope you’re right. Though, I’m getting lots of exercise climbing stairs to the bathroom. 😀
