Day Forty-seven: Oregon City
Hello ~ Welcome to Evidently

No one really leaves comments any more. But if you did, you'd be my favorite. At least until someone else came along. I'm fickle like that.

Love the photos, esp. the rose and the door. Like traveling without having to go anywhere!

Thanks! I so don’t know how to take photos in sunlight! I’ve grown very accustomed to all this coastal gray I completely forget how to shoot in the sun. 😀 ~W
The weather looks beautiful and the photos are wonderful. You do have quite an eye, Wen!!

Thank you! The sunshine was such a joy. I can’t believe this summer… it’s toxic! ~W
I never knew that Henry Weinhart started in Oregon City! Of course, I’ve never seen an outdoor elevator to connect a street together!
What’s really impressive is they built it when they had a population of just around 3,000.
Anyway, thanks for taking those photos -they are wonderful!

It was so much fun… and we certainly made the most out of what could have been a terrible day. I think G had fun and enjoyed it, despite having to sit for exams. ~W
