Egads I’m glad you’re back…and I’m glad I’m back too (that access denied was a little scary 😉 ) Your eggs are the best colors, is that regular dye? Can you believe that we didn’t do eggs this year? I’m the only one who would eat them, so plastic it was…but, as you noted, at least we had glorious weather…

Regular food coloring. Just lots of it and I left mine in the color for a really long time. Thank you for letting me know about your defense of me! I don’t read those blogs any more… they remind me of tabloids in the supermarket. You know, how you find yourself staring at some hideous article about some poor schmuck who got caught shoving food in his face; and then you snap out of it and think, “What am I doing??” Schadenfreude was never my thing. 😀 So, I appreciate the heads up. 😀 ~W
Very impressive daffodil cross there. How long did that take?

I don’t know. I wasn’t there when it was made. It’s a cross covered in chickenwire, I think. And then they plug in the holes with flowers from people’s yards. This year, it’s mainly daffodils because Easter came so early. ~W
pretty photos of your holiday 🙂
That chocolate bunny is for boy wonder, right!

I hazarded a view of that site – what’s funny is they think you are Happy Girl.
Oh well, one of the folks over there said it all – essentially that taking joy by making fun of other people is about all they find entertaining…
I wonder what their employers would think about how work time is being dawdled away by blogging and viewing other blogs. In most companies I know that is a terminable offense.

Oh, I’m sure they think I read their blog… but why would I? It’s so not worth it… I’m afraid to even ask how bad it’s gotten over there. Ignorance is bliss… I’ll keep it that way. You should too, for the record! 😀 ~W
The photos are lovely and I miss doing Easter eggs, Easter egg hunts, and decorations. However, we had a wonderful Easter, even though it could lead to some family drama. (not in our immediate family though) Speaking of drama, what NOW? Some people need to “get a life” as the kids would say. And Iz is correct, most employers frown on blogging on company time. I don’t do it, nor do I even check my home e-mail.

Yeah, I wonder how some people get away with it. It’s amazing how much time it takes, even if you’re not on the clock. I can’t imagine blog hopping during work! However, what I think would shock some employers is the caliber of commenting some of their employees are generating. ~W
heh. i feel bad. i do ALL of my blogging during work time.
but i’m a receptionist at the front desk of a company where mostly all we get is calls for magazine renewals, and a total of maybe 10 visitors a day. so there’s not much else for me to do.
i try to cut back, and then i get bored and find my way back to Ye Olde Internette.
haha. but today after my morning break, it’s BACK TO WORK. i promise this time.
also, that daffodil cross…neat how the flowers are from other peoples yards. but i’m assuming people donate them, and that the church doesn’t just go around plucking posies at their leisure 😛

Oh, I had a job like that. Only, I wrote papers and read. My boss actually TOLD me to! There just wasn’t enough to do in the time I was there, but the store had to remain open. As long as I stopped what I was doing to be helpful to customers, then no problem. I didn’t count on the time to get schoolwork done, but when it was available, I took it!
And no, we’re not thieving flowers. At least, I don’t think we are! 😀 ~W
So pretty! I hope you had a great Easter and a relaxing week off! (but I’m glad you’re back) 😉

I agree. Great cross. And now you can have multicolored egg salad sandwiches and deviled eggs.

Oof, I adore an egg salad sandwich. But we only colored a half dozen and the boy has already consumed most of them. Geeze, now I’m hungry. ~W
She’s baaaack!
