You too–and I miss those days when our whole family would go out to pick up trash on Earth Day. Kind of hard now with them so far away.

I love the shot of the camellia. One of my favorite early bloomers. The waxy leaves hold up so well in any arrangement. It is tragic how the rainy windy spring spoils them so quickly. Your composition is spot on. I like the suggestion of the flower on the shelf. Keep up the good work. Subdue is a word I would use to describe but not understated. Beautiful lighting, and remember I know your struggle for this. 🙂 Robin.
___________________________________ Oh, thanks Robin!! Those flowers were left over from a photo shoot the day before–and of course, being camellias they didn’t last! I spent a good part of yesterday running up and down the stairs, past these and finally stopped to take the photo. I thought the way they fell apart was so lovely–something you really couldn’t stage! So, Snap!
This is what they looked liked BEFORE they fell apart:

Well I will be an Annie Leibovitz.
Don’t give away all your secrets, 😉
Still a great shot. 🙂
