Somehow, I don’t think this is what he had in mind.

Funny and fast – geez. I said that to you via IM at 9:32 PM and by 9:38 PM you had a funny, clever blog post up. If only you were so focused & disciplined on your EATING – I wouldn’t need to nag… 😉
Well, it does have lots of protein in it; we just won’t mention all that other stuff it also has. And at least it’s not Nutella, which I could easily get addicted to.

Well, he should have been more specific: I need to eat more LOW FAT protein. Is Nutella made with hazelnuts? I don’t like those for some reason. ~W
Peanut butter totally counts. We go through at least two jars a week at our place. Not kidding. There are only two of us here.
Try it on Thin Mints. Really.

Seriously, that scares me. I’m not sure if it’s because it sounds uh, iffy… or if because I’m afraid I’ll like it and be doomed. 😀 ~W

I wish you’d write a diet book… I really, really wish you would 😀

Oh geeze, I can’t imagine what that would look like. ~W
Are you kidding me? What’s wrong with peanut butter? I LOVE peanut butter. I’m gonna go get a spoonful right now.

I think the fat content is what’s wrong with peanut butter. Other than that, it’s plain jiffy. ha ha ha… ok, I’m the only one laughing again, aren’t I? ~W
Eh…I had peanut butter and strawberry jam on a rice cake for breakfast…of course, I used organic peanut butter, and it only has peanuts and salt in it… 🙂 (we won’t be mentioning my current red-hots addiction however)

We used to eat only organic. But it has to be refrigerated and while we went without power for 5 days in December, we got a jar of Jif and I remembered how much I HATE the taste of organic peanut butter. ~W
16 Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies have as much protein as 2 tbs of Jif. Only 2 regular sized Reese’s Peanut Butter cups have 10 g of protein. But he probably meant something else. 🙂
I wonder if IZ meant a protein blend…you know the kind with peanut butter, flour, sugar, butter, salt, baking soda, baking powder and eggs then rolled, forked and baked? That’s my favorite protein.

Ooh, peanut butter flavored protein mix. I’d eat that. And now I’m wanting peanut butter cookies. I wonder why? 😉 ~W

There are worse things in this world than peanut butter!

There are also better things, and sadly, they don’t taste nearly as good! ~W
mmm, I think this is a great source of protein… at least I think so for my kids 🙂

Well, in moderation, I suppose. The problem isn’t really the peanut butter as much as what I put WITH the peanut butter. ~W
Man, I love peanut butter. and THIS? best brand. I could eat an entire container of celery with a whole bottle of JIF. Fabbo.

I know! I swear, I could eat a jar in a sitting. Uh, not that I have or anything. 😀 ~W
