But I’m attempting not to be gloomy! It’s a very rainy Saturday and I’m busy putting together the final touches on a Thrifty Goodness update. There is so much new stuff to see, but I’m really excited about the handcrafted items in the store. Go see!!
When I’m done, which will be as soon as I publish this little blurb, I’m going to put on my brightest coat and brave this gray day to do a little chocolate shopping for Miss Kimberly. I’m fairly convinced that chocolate is the antidote for gloom!
What are you doing on your gray Saturday? (If you write in and tell me it’s sunny where you are, I might cry! So lie to me, dear readers! M’kay?)
Oh dear. I cannot tell a lie. It was beautifully sunny here today, but a tad on the too-hot side. We are waiting for autumn to appear. Josh and I did some yard work and then went on a 16 mile bike ride.

Oh, enjoy it!! We’ve entered Winter here, skipping any and all Autumn. It would not shock me one bit if we have snow before November this year. ~W
It was a sunny 90 degrees here…. I don’t know when I moved to Florida… but if it makes you feel better I was in class from 8 to 5!

Good Grief! To both the weather and your class. The south is in much need of water… I’m sending rain your direction. Not sure it will get there, but Lord knows we don’t need it! ~W
For Your Frys Only:
We were at our hometown’s annual festival, the Issaquah Salmon Days ~ ‘007 Spawn, Just Spawn! (rainy and windy)

Alas… I don’t know that the NW is going to experience Autumn this year. ~W
May I rest my head on one of your pretty pillows while I dream of getting dibs on those darling dollies and their sweet furniture for my Madeleine?

Oh, the dolls and furniture are divine. They were quite the find…If you decide to get them, I’ll throw in free shipping for the lot! 😀 ~W
Chocolate is the antidote for evil so yeah it works on gloomies too! 🙂

It does! I came home yesterday and IZ made me a lovely cup of hot chocolate and it made the world seem warm again. It’s winter here and I’m bummed. I’m going to need to find another way to deal with this weather, tho–because, uh, hot chocolate isn’t exactly a low calorie/sugar choice! ~W
What happened to those lovely, crisp PNW early October days? Bonnie’s weather is my weather, too. Sigh.

I don’t know! I certainly don’t recognize this October. Feels more like February. ~W
