Now, if only my view to the holiday was as unobstructed!
This was the view last year. Yep, that’s right, the neighbors have finally taken down their dead tree. We are going to enjoy the unobstructed view for as long as possible–since the two plots of land behind that tree are now for sale. (I’m hoping it’s a VERY long time, since they’re asking a king’s ransom for .05 acre lots!) Which is why, on this very sunny day in December, we are taking a break from our all our tasks andΓΒ bundling up for mochas on the deck.
And no, no photos of the steamy goodness. I drank it to keep me warm. But you can enjoy the view and pretend. M’kay?
Your new view is utterly fabulous. Of course I am a fan of blue sky! I wish I could talk to you in person. We had a huge family issue last night(sort of religion related, but mostly not) and I want your perspective. And WHY is Alison always the catalyst for drama and stress and misunderstandings around here?? I am so tired…

I think I told you before, but I totally envy your view.
I don’t think I’d get anything done if that was my view.
Enjoy~

We’re going to enjoy it as long as it lasts! π ~W
If only all the people had spirits as beautiful as the view… you can move to a lovely place but some people’s hearts will still only find darkness where they look – where they could have found light, life, and grace. But thankfully, the view reminds us that we always have a choice to see and view grace in our circumstances and surroundings… even when people choose not to find it in us… and I might add – when I seek beauty and grace, I only have to look to you…

Hey, know where else as a really nice view? Santa Barbara. ~W
Oh, I miss Oregon. It’s so beautiful there. Right now, our beautiful snow is melting and reminding me that when the pretty white stuff is gone, it will be brown again. I don’t like winter here because of the brown. Give me rain, and GREEN! π Thanks for the view. I needed that.

Right about now, I’m happy to give you Oregon. π ~W
