Is this photo taken from your yard? I did some gardening today… just cleaning my perennial beds and removing leaves etc. and seeing the first signs of plant life emerge. I can’t believe you have roses already!

It is of my yard… Roses aren’t out yet. This is a camellia… rather pink and obnoxiously pretty. :D ~W
Gorgeous flower, and I’m TRYING. I am a work-in-progress on that topic; that’s why I blog about it–to remind myself!

It’s hard work, this remembering. ~W
Oh what a wonderful reminder…I could’ve used that a little earlier this weekend…lol!

Hmm… isn’t that the way? I hope next week is better!! ~W
Sometimes that involves taking a BIG step away from life at hand. One year I spent Palm Sunday on a tiny Bahamaian Island- oh, wait, this is a post I need to go write.
Thanks, Wende!
With those little owls: clothespin bag. For some reason the second I saw that fabric it reminded me of my grandmother’s clothespin bag. But no one uses those anymore. 🙁

Do YOU use a clothespin bag?? It rains here so much that clothes lines feels a little too much like tempting fate!~W
Is that a camelia? We had those in our yard when I was growing up. Ours were mostly red, but I do remember some pink ones too. No flowers here yet, but my honey said they’re predicting SNOW again this Wed. We’ll see…. 🙂

It is a camellia. Brrr… snow! ~W
Camellia japonica, Lepidoptera, Magnoliopsida!
Dandayamana Bibhaktapada Paschimottanasana!
Yoga brings perspective, too, Wende.

Lovely. Absolutely wonderful. Don’t know *when* you manage to shoot these pics, but they are always fantastic!
