I’ve had a couple of people inquire via email about how to comment on this site. I thought perhaps there might be a few of you who also may be having trouble locating the comment feature.
It’s a bit tricky to find as I hid it! But don’t let that fool you—I adore hearing from all of you. You can find the link to the comment option located directly to the right of the date which appears at the top of each post. With every new comment the number will change.
Hope that helps! 😀
Wende- I was truly flattered that you think I should have a blog.
Miz S is always on me about this . Why do you think I should blog if you do not mind me asking? I told Mary that you all are far too clever for me… I also would need help getting started.
I love your blog ! Betsy / aka the bee
If you like I can even tell you how I came to be the bee ..

I think Mis S is right on the money, here. You are so very pithy and and funny and seem to tell really great stories. :D I guess I’d love the chance to read more! ~W
Just another fun fact- I am in fact the Betsy that Miz S writes about in one of her 1st blogs in April 2005 about my lumpectomy.
It is a very finely written piece . It is also funny.
The bee comes from my younger sister reffering to me as Beezus one day when I was being especially bossy. ( from the Ramona the Pest books ) . My nephew shortened this to Aunt Bee and that is what they all call me. Ironically, though I love honey and collect bee items, I am allergic to bee stings. I also work at night. That is why I am awake at this hour .

Oh! Thanks for the tip… I’ll go check out that post soon. 😀 ~W
In that case, let me be the first to comment today. Happy New Year to you and your family. Keeping with the notion that I’m going to start out with small and immediate resolve, lest it become unmanageable, I came over to snag your url so I can find you with a click rather than waiting to see your name pop up. There. That’s done.
But then, I already knew how to comment here. Isn’t that usually the case? We already know what to do- it’s the doing it? Off to squeeze some grapefruit juice.
Back shortly. You and your doings are of interest to me this coming year as I try to figure out what a life without a time card looks like- and how to make it matter.
Cheers, Wende.

Thanks, Vicki. Blessings to you as you marinate in all that yummy weather in Florida (Can’t tell you how jealous I am!!!) As for time cards… I’ll keep you posted. It’s hard for me to sit still and wait. So, very, very hard. ~W
A comment to see if I was paying attention and could follow instructions properly.
Happy New Year Wende! New Years Eve at midnight I heard pots and pans (I think) clanging. Was that you guys? I thought it sounded really cool!

And look at you, you’re an over achiever! :D And no, the pots and pans didn’t belong to us. I still love the boats on the water… that sound is magical. We could also hear someone ringing a bell in the neighborhood and we were wishing we’d had something of the kind. ~W
I THINK I already know how to comment; we’ll see. I feel like I need an advanced degree or my own website to remark on some blogs, but yours has always been (thankfully) easy.

Whew. I’ve actually had quite a few people not be able to find the comment link. In part, because it doesn’t say “comment” and also probably because it’s located at the top of the post. I wrote the post because I’ve also had people “search” my site looking for a description of how to comment… so, now when that happens there is something to find! 😀 ~W
Happy 2007! I loved listening to those boat horns too, it was beautifully surreal. I’d love to get together for coffee or tea sometime… let’s plan something. 🙂

Yes! Yes! Yes! Let’s! 😀 ~W
Now that I know how to comment … will you tell me what to say? 😉
Ok, I admit it. I had trouble finding the comment link, too. I just kept clicking things til I got lucky. Or should I say, I kept clicking things until you got lucky?? 😀

Oh, the places I could go with that last comment. Hee… I’m glad you kept clicking. As for words, you seem to do just fine finding them on your own. 😀 ~W
