These gas prices make me wish I lived in Astoria instead of Warrenton, but Pier 39 is WAY too long of a commute by bike. I wonder how much money I’d save parking it at No 10 6th St and bicycling from there. Ack.

Wow, Hans you work on Pier 39? We hang out at Coffee Girl all the time! LOVE IT THERE!
The gas prices are unreal–sorta like yesterday’s weather, eh? 🙂
I just paid about $3.18 a gallon. I would like to walk too, but it would take me way too long to get to work rolling my laptop along. I am thankful that I only work about 15 minutes away from my house!

I’m not walking everywhere–just as much as I can. And then going out on fewer “just because” trips. S i g h.

Free apology with every fill up… shows how worthless apologies have become by big oil corps earning record profits. But what most don’t realize is gas is *still* cheaper on a relative basis than when we had our last gas crisis way back when (as adjusted for inflation.)
For myself… I just don’t go anywhere… except into that lovely garden…

You have become quite the hermit lately. We should fix that. 🙂 Want to go to Seattle on the weekend?

Feel free to pick us up on your walks anytime. We go everywhere. Glad I’m not the only geek putting my walk photos up on my blog!
The gas companies suck, but the Hindus that own that Shell are really nice.
